The 74Weld 5-Axis Upper Control Arms deliver improved performance while maintaining OEM driving characteristics. Each arm begins as a block of 6061 aluminum and is fully CNC-machined on a 5-axis mill to achieve exact geometry (including upper ball joint angle), precision fit, and a premium finish that stands apart.
To eliminate play and reduce maintenance, we use Rock Krawler Adventure Series joints at the chassis side for smooth and quiet articulation under load. They utilize a DU bearing for a free moving pivot like other performance arms, but are captured in vulcanized rubber for vibration isolation like an OEM. At the upright side, a one-piece 74Weld 4140 through hardened ball stud and delrin race ensure strength, longevity, and serviceability
Fine-tune alignment and suspension performance quickly and easily — these arms are fully adjustable without removal, making installation and alignment changes seamless.
