The Tacoma Lo-Pro Winch Bumper for the 4th Gen (2024–2025) is a sleek, functional upgrade designed to work seamlessly with all trim levels, although Trailhunter models will require trimming of the front skid plate for proper fitment. Engineered to retain full compatibility with OEM sensors and safety systems, this bumper offers rugged protection without compromising factory functionality. It’s built to house a pair of Baja Designs S2 fog lights, and other brands may not fit as precisely. The outer shell is crafted from durable 11-gauge steel, while the winch plate and mounting brackets are made from heavy-duty 3/16" steel. Fully welded 3/4" D-ring tabs, reinforced both front and back, provide solid recovery points when you need them most.
The bumper is compatible with most 8k-12k lb winches that do not have integrated control packs; relocation of the control box and some fitting or trimming may be required. For best results, use a winch with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead, as roller fairleads may not fit within the recessed mounting area. Installation requires cutting the center plastic section of the factory bumper cover, and all necessary hardware is included. Weighing in at 74 pounds, this bumper offers a strong, balanced blend of protection and performance. Note: unless you select the powder-coated option, the bumper will require painting or powder coating before installation to protect against rust.

Shipping details:
- Free shipping (Lower 48) to a commercial address with forklift of loading dock or nearest freight dock.
- Residential shipping (Lower 48): $150.
- If shipments are leaving the country, C4 will calculate shipping charges, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes and send an invoice for them prior to shipping the items. If you or your customer prefer to use your own broker and to pay these fees on delivery, you will need to send us contact information for the broker that will be used. If you choose to use your own broker we will only charge you for the actual shipping charges on our end.
