The bolt on long travel kits available today utilize the factory spindles, this leaves a weak link in your suspension system. The DRT Fabrication fabbed spindle is the missing link to a bullet proof suspension package.
The spindle is designed around a factory spindle with no geometry changes. This means it will work with any bolt on long travel kit that is intended to be used with the factory spindle for both 4 wheel drive & 2 wheel drive Tacoma's.
Constructed from a combination of 3/16" & 1/4" A36 steel plate with an internal gusset to provide superior strength over others on the market. The DRT fabbed spindle also comes standard with dual shear heim steering (outer only) with the heim center place in the correct location unlike the heim steering kits available for factory spindles. This ensures there is zero change in steering geometry.
The included outer heim steering is designed around factory inner/outer tie rods so it will work with steering extenders. We use a 3/4" FK JMX12T heim with custom high angle misaligns and a rubber boot cover to keep the heim out of the elements.
The hub block starts its life as a giant chunk of steel that is machined down into its perfect form with integrated caliper mounts. The ABS sensor is relocated behind the caliper bracket out of harms way. The entire hub block features an array of fillets to reduce stress risers.

Requirements:
- Sway bars are not compatible.
- Min. 16" wheel.
- Min 4.5" backspacing.

Works with bolt on LT kits, works with heim steering kits that use a JMX12T heim. Must use our HAM(high angle misaligns).
