The solid front fairing 5th Gen 4Runner Roof Rack is perfect for mounting roof top tents, cargo storage boxes, bike racks, kayak racks, and more. Its 10 crossmembers and dual 3/16-inch (3/8-inch) plate side panels provide maximum strength and stability. The front fairing includes protective edge trim which helps prevent paint damage and offers a tight seal to your roof, helping to minimize wind noise. The rack’s low profile-design follows the factory curves and styling of your vehicle for a sleek look that only adds an additional 3/16” to your total vehicle height (from the highest OEM antenna point.) For supplemental lighting, you can mount up to six Rigid round lights with the optional round light mount. The optional standard decking panels provide a sturdy flat surface and additional tie down points for additional mounting solutions, and they can also function as a deck for the ultimate lounging spot.
The rack utilizes the factory roof mounting points for a straightforward install process and a firm design that is built to withstand rough off-road conditions. The roof rack retains access to the sunroof, and does not interfere with the factory antenna/satellite reception. This rack is finished in a satin black powder coat that accents your 4Runner’s factory styling while protecting the rack from surface damage when loading & unloading your gear.
